Boxing Day Sale Terms

  • Returns within this sale period will only be issued with store credits to the value of your purchase

Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale Terms

We understand sometimes things just don't fit right or you're just not that into it. To avoid any returns issues with our returns period, we suggest to try on your item/s once received. 

 

Return Policy

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA - must be received by us 30 days from receiving your parcel 

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS must be received by us 14 days from receiving your parcel

AUSPOST RETURNS PORTAL (For Australian Returns Only) -  include a hashtag [ # ] when entering your order number

Be sure to allow sufficient time for your returns to arrive to us within our returns period.

 

Please ensure the following before returning - returns will only be accepted when:

  • Items are returned in original packaging including all tags attached (as you received it)
  • Unworn (no perfume, no make-up stains and/or other signs of wear)
  • Unwashed and/or Unsoiled
  • Not damaged and/or Repaired

Due to health and hygiene reasons items from the following categories will not be accepted by SA:

  • Undergarments (underwear bottoms/g-string/thong)
  • Earrings
  • Make-up tools
  • Sale, sample & seconds/outlet items. Please select your items carefully to avoid disappointment.

 

Tracking and Returns form

Please ensure that we receive a copy of your completed returns form (printed or digital). Send it with your return item/s or email it to us at info@styleaddict.com.au - Clearly mark/show your order number on both returns form as well as the satchel containing your return item/s
We advise to ship with tracking and to be sure to keep a copy of the tracking number
Please note we cannot process returns on items we cannot identify who it came from.

 

Return Postage

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. SA will not be held responsible for any costs arising from the result in a returned item.
Return labels/costs from either within or outside Australia will need to be paid by consumer

 

Exchanges

We no longer process returns for exchanges. You will still be able to return your purchase for another size, colour or for another product - We recommend to select the 110% store credit when filling out your returns form

 

Refund methods

Refunds can only be issued back to the credit card, PayPal, ziPpay or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.
Store credit (110%) - Store credits can be redeemed 3 times consecutively (4th store credit will be issued as 100% store credit for amount paid)
Once store credits are issued they cannot be redeemed for cash

 

Faulty & Missing items

If you believe item/s you've purchased is incorrect or missing - contact us at info@styleaddict.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order
All fault claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order - please email us with supporting images of the fault. 
Major and minor faults will be processed in accordance to Australian Consumer Law

 

Returned items that have not met our terms

  • A late/re-stocking fee of $10.00 aud (per item returned and/or per infringement) maybe offered. A notification will be sent before we deduct it from your refund/store credit amount if applicable
  • Return items that do not meet our terms will be shipped back at your cost. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item/s that have not met the conditions mentioned above.
The returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer unless requested and a postage fee is paid

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

"SA" initials used when referring to StyleAddict

"Currencies" - AUD (Australian Dollar) unless otherwise specified

"Sale, Sample, Seconds/Outlet Itemsmeans any:

  • Item/s sold from our 'SALE' & 'OUTLET' collection page
  • Item/s purchased within a Sale / Discounted / Promotional period
