Does Style Addict Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. International Postage is FREE for orders equal or greater than $200 AUD, orders below are a flat rate of $20 AUD

 


When Will My Order Arrive?
 Australian orders should arrive between 1-3 business days (express) 2-7 business days (standard) from being dispatched
International orders should arrive between 5–10 business days from being dispatched (please note: this time frame does not include any delays during customs etc.)
 

 


Can I Track My Item?

Yes, once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.

What Is The Returns/Exchange Policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 14 days of dispatch, You must contact Style Addict customer service info@styleaddict.com.au within 48 Hours of receiving your order to advise of your intention to return the order. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Style Addict will not be held responsible for lost items.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
